Membership
The membership card is an official document issued to accredited members of the Scientific Advisory Board. It certifies that the holder is recognized as an active member in the fields of scientific research, knowledge development, and innovation. This card grants members the privilege to participate in scientific programs, specialized committees, and research initiatives overseen by the Board, reflecting a level of expertise and competence in accordance with the professional and scientific standards adopted by the Scientific Advisory Board.
Submission of CV: Submit a scientific and professional Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Proof of Activities: Provide copies of research, scientific, or consulting activities.
Certificates: A copy of scientific, training, academic, or professional certificates.
Identification: A copy of a valid passport or official identity document.
Personal Photo: One (1) official personal photograph with a white background.
Clean Record: The applicant must not have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude or compromising scientific or professional integrity.
Registration Form: Fill out the Board’s designated registration form.
Pledge: Sign the pledge to adhere to the Board’s principles and its scientific and advisory objectives.
Fees Payment: Payment of the fees for issuing the identification card and membership certificate after the acceptance decision.
Shipping Costs: The member bears the shipping costs for the card and certificate to and from their country of residence.
International Recognition and Institutional Representation: Documented membership within a scientific entity operating under the umbrella of United Organizations, enhancing the member's professional status and regional and international presence.
Recognition of Scientific Expertise: Official acknowledgment of the member's scientific standing, specialized expertise, and professional value in their field.
Enhancing Credibility and Professional Visibility: Elevating trust in the member and establishing their image as a certified scientific advisor and thought leader in their field.
Participation in Shaping International Scientific Policies: Contributing to the preparation of studies, recommendations, and reports directed at decision-makers, ensuring a direct impact on scientific and developmental policies globally.
Joining an Elite Network of Experts and Scientists: Networking and collaborating with an elite group of scientists, academics, and international consultants from various disciplines.
Participation in International Conferences and Forums: Priority to represent the Council at scientific and humanitarian conferences, summits, and forums at the international level.

Financial Remuneration: Receiving financial remuneration for work within the Council’s committees, in addition to the reimbursement of certain expenses according to approved regulations.
Eligibility for Nomination to Scientific Committees and Positions: The right to participate in specialized committees or run for leadership positions within the Council and contribute to strategic planning and direction.
Acceptance & Payment: After fulfilling the conditions, the affiliate is notified of the acceptance decision and requested to settle the grant/fees (if applicable).
Management Approval: All submitted applications are subject to the approval of the Board's senior management.
Adherence to Bylaws: The affiliate commits to working within the regulations and bylaws of the Board.
Participation in Activities: The affiliate commits to participating in scientific and research activities and advisory events organized by the Board.
Compliance with Directives: The affiliate follows the directives of the Board or the relevant advisory committee in their country.
Ethical Compliance: The affiliate commits not to violate the Board's laws or contravene the principles of scientific work and professional ethics.
Active Engagement: The affiliate commits to participating in the scientific and research activities organized by the Board.
Training Rights: The affiliate has the right to participate in training programs and scientific courses held by the Board.
Future Opportunities: Affiliation provides the opportunity to join the Board's cadres or work on its research and advisory projects in the future.
Membership Credentials: The affiliate receives an identification card and an international membership certificate issued by the Board.
Fill out the registration form available on the Scientific Advisory Board’s website.
Send all required documents along with the registration form to the Scientific Advisory Board via the official approved channels.
The application will be reviewed by the competent committee within the Scientific Advisory Board, and the applicant will be notified of the acceptance or rejection decision within one week from the date of submission.
Upon acceptance of the application, the prescribed fees must be paid via the Scientific Advisory Board’s designated bank account.
After completing all procedures, the official membership card and certificate of affiliation will be sent to the approved member of the Scientific Advisory Board.
