The General President, the Secretary-General, and their deputies serve a four-year term, renewable only once to ensure leadership renewal. General membership in the Council and its committees is annual and renewable based on performance and contribution.
We adopt a sustainable and diversified funding model that includes international grants (30%), revenue from training programs and conferences (25%), and research services, ensuring the Council's financial and operational independence.
